Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% of the total booking value.

3.2 Cancellations Within 14 Days of Scheduled Arrival

3.5 General Conditions

All cancellation charges will be applied to the payment method provided at the time of booking.

Where refunds are due, these will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.

The Company reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking shall apply.

3.6 Amendments and Exceptional Circumstances

If you wish to amend the date of your stay, or if unforeseen circumstances beyond your control prevent you from fulfilling your booking, please contact us directly at the email address provided in your booking confirmation.

Any changes are at the sole discretion of management, and we reserve the right to refuse amendments and apply the cancellation policy in full. Failure to contact us in such circumstances will result in the above cancellation terms being applied without notice.

4. Guest Conduct and Use of Premises

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff, other guests, and local residents.

Excessive noise, disturbance, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of the stay without refund.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

Pets are not permitted unless expressly agreed in advance.

5. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the payment method on file.

The Company does not accept liability for loss or damage to guests’ belongings, including vehicles parked on or near the premises. Guests are advised to ensure appropriate travel insurance is in place.

6. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or industrial action.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
